of land surrounded by the navigation canal of the saltwater Lagoa
de Saquarema with approx. 86.000 m2 of land. The área
includes: an enclosed fence, 6 small private beaches,
and an abundance of preserved nature.
From
the “Island” you enjoy the lakes, the sea, the mountains
and nearly 30.000 m2 of preserved original nature with fruit-trees
(Bananas, Coconut, Jackfruit and many others). The topography of the
land is formed by high peaks with level ground which can be used for
construction giving a breathtaking view.

The
constructed area includes three existing small houses:
a)
The principal house (blue) with two bedrooms, living-room,
kitchen, bathroom and veranda;
b) A
smaller house (red) currently used by the housekeeper,
but could be perfectly fit for a guesthouse. Includes one bedroom,
kitchen, living-room, bathroom and veranda;
c)The third house (yellow), the smallest of them,
has only one living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The
access to the área could be done by road or principally by
water transport on the lagoon of Saquarema. Two docks receive the
incoming boats with safety and comfort.
The
infrastructure of the área includes: water supply,
electricity and telephone. Installation of Internet will
be no problem because of the proximity to Saquarema.
